Inspired by the classic circle skirts made popular in the 1950s, this skirt is tribute to a past era.
Decades ago, teenagers across America took to sewing and appliquéing ‘storyline’ circle skirts and enjoying the admiring comments of their friends at school or the hop. They quickly became an iconic symbol of the 1950s. Each one was unique and told a story imagined by the woman who made it. It is only fitting that our classic circle skirt bears the artwork imagined by Ginger Walker. Patterns vary and no two skirts are the same - just like the original.
